Getting Started

When will my order ship?

The Founder’s Drop is now available for preorder. Orders from the Founder’s Drop are expected to begin shipping October 1. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

All pre-orders will shop October 1. After this first drop individual orders outside of the drops will be processed and shipped between 1-2 weeks.

Can I order right now?

Yes! You can preorder individual essentials today or join as a Frontline Insider to purchase our exclusive Frontline Kits. Founder quantities are limited.

How does For The Frontline work?

For The Frontline offers premium essentials designed for long shifts. You can shop individual products anytime, or become a Frontline Insider to receive exclusive kits delivered through our scheduled April and October Drops.

Is this a subscription?

Our Frontline Insiders have a recurring refresher kit with two scheduled Drops each year (April and October). Insiders can customize the colors and sizes in each kit, receive exclusive kit pricing, and enjoy 15% off all à la carte essentials.

Individual products may also be purchased without becoming an Insider.

Who is FTF for?

For The Frontline was created for healthcare professionals, first responders, aviation crews, military personnel, and anyone who spends long hours on their feet. Our products are built for comfort, durability, and everyday performance.

Does FTF give back to the community?

Yes. For The Frontline donates a portion of profits to organizations that support first responders, veterans, military families, and their loved ones. Our current featured nonprofit is the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.

How do I care for my products?

To keep your essentials performing at their best:

• Machine wash cold or warm (avoid hot water to reduce shrinkage)

• Tumble dry low or air dry

• Do not use fabric softener or bleach

• Wash with like colors

For best results and longest lifespan, avoid high heat and harsh detergents.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We want you to love your order. Unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

Because underwear is a personal hygiene product, opened or worn underwear cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Do you offer women’s options?

Not yet... but they’re coming. We’re currently focused on perfecting our core men's essentials, and women’s styles are one of our top priorities for future drops.

Will you offer more products in the future?

Absolutely! Our core essentials, socks, underwear, and undershirts, are just the beginning. We’ll continue expanding into additional gear and limited drops based on community feedback.

Founding Members, Insiders & Drops

Can I cancel my Frontline Insider Refresher Kits?

Yes. You can manage or cancel your Frontline Insider Kits through your customer account before your next scheduled renewal. Any changes made after a renewal has been processed will apply to future Drops.

What is a Founding Member?

Founding Members are the first supporters of For The Frontline. Founder memberships are limited and include exclusive recognition, early access to future Drops, and other Founder-only benefits. Once all Founder memberships have been claimed, they will not be offered again.

How many Founding Member memberships are available?

Only 150 Founding Member memberships will ever be available. Once all Founder spots have been claimed, future customers may still become Frontline Insiders, but the Founding Member designation and benefits will not return.

Can I buy more items outside of drops?

Yes! In addition to your scheduled Insider Drops, you can purchase individual socks, underwear, and undershirts whenever you need them. Frontline Insiders receive 15% off all à la carte essentials.

How does being a Frontline Insider work?

The Frontline Insider is a recurring refresher kit that delivers your chosen Frontline Kit twice each year through our April and October Drops. Before each Drop, you’ll have the opportunity to review and customize your colors and sizes before your order is processed.

Can I change my colors and sizes before each Drop?

Yes! Before each scheduled Drop, you’ll have the opportunity to update your product selections, colors, and sizes so your kit continues to meet your needs.

Shipping & Support

When will orders ship?

Our first Founder drop is expected to ship in October 2026. Kits will be shipped in April and October.

Individual item orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 weeks.

You’ll receive updates along the way so you always know exactly what to expect.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States.

We plan to expand to additional locations in the future.

How long does shipping take?

Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
