Getting Started

When is For The Frontline launching?

We are currently in the pre-launch phase. Join the waitlist to be the first to know when our first drop is announced.

Can I order right now?

Not yet. Ordering is not open at this time. Our first drop will be available soon.

How does For The Frontline work?

FTF is built around two planned kit drops during the year (April and October). You’ll be able to purchase kits during these releases and supplement anytime with individual item purchases based on your needs.

Is this a subscription?

No. For The Frontline is not a subscription. Our model is based on scheduled drops with the flexibility to purchase additional items whenever you need them.

Who is FTF for?

FTF is designed for first responders and frontline professionals who work long, demanding shifts and need reliable, comfortable essentials.

How do I stay updated?

Join our email list to receive updates, early access information, and announcements about upcoming drops.

Does FTF give back to the community?

Yes. For The Frontline donates a portion of profits to organizations that support first responders, veterans, military families, and their loved ones. Our current featured nonprofit is the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.

Products & Fit

What products will be included?

We’re building FTF around everyday essentials like socks, underwear, and undershirts designed for long shifts and real use.

What sizes do you offer?

We offer a range of sizes designed to fit real working bodies.

Detailed size charts will be available before ordering opens so you can choose your best fit with confidence.

How do I care for my products?

To keep your essentials performing at their best:

• Machine wash cold or warm (avoid hot water to reduce shrinkage)

• Tumble dry low or air dry

• Do not use fabric softener or bleach

• Wash with like colors

For best results and longest lifespan, avoid high heat and harsh detergents.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We want you to feel confident in your order.

Because of the nature of our products, worn underwear cannot be returned. Unworn items in original condition may be eligible for exchange.

If something doesn’t fit, we’ll work with you to make it right.

Do you offer women’s options?

Not yet... but they’re coming. We’re currently focused on perfecting our core men's essentials, and women’s styles are one of our top priorities for future drops.

Will you offer more products in the future?

Absolutely! Our core essentials, socks, underwear, and undershirts, are just the beginning. We’ll continue expanding into additional gear and limited drops based on community feedback.

Founding Members, Insiders & Drops

What is a Founding Member?

Founding Members are early supporters who will have first access to our initial drop, along with exclusive updates and early pricing.

Will Founding Member access always be available?

No. Founding Member access is limited to our first release and will not be offered again in the same way.

Can I buy more items outside of drops?

Yes. You’ll be able to purchase additional items à la carte based on your needs and usage.

Do I need to purchase regularly to keep Founding Member/Insider Access?

Yes. To maintain your Founding Member or Insider benefits, you’ll need to stay active with your kit purchases. This helps us keep access exclusive and rewards those who continue to support the brand.

Shipping & Support

When will orders ship?

Our first Founder drop is expected to ship in October 2026. Kits will be shipped in April and October.

Individual item orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 weeks.

You’ll receive updates along the way so you always know exactly what to expect.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States.

We plan to expand to additional locations in the future.

How long does shipping take?

Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Tracking information will be provided as soon as your order is on the way.
